Who are we?
The Cyberpsychology.org website and Forum is managed by a team of academics that are active in research and teaching in the field of cyberpsychology. We are a new group that has joined to serve the needs of the discipline and provide structure and direction to the field.
Our group is open to all students, academics and anyone interested in the area. We currently mainly comprise UK academics and will shortly be forming a founding committee to oversee activities. As a group our primary aim is to develop plans and initiate the process of the creation of a new BPS section, to create a single UK conference and to lay the foundations for a British Journal of Cyberpsychology. If you would like to play and active role in the formation of this group, website and/or BPS section please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Formative Group (Kaye, Attrill, Fullwood & Bignell) is currently engaged with driving the formation of a British Psychological Society Cyberpsychology Section.
What is our aim?
The aim of our Formative Group and this website is to promote and provide support to research and teaching in cyberpsychology.
How can you get involved?
You can get more involved by taking an active part in our forums or helping to develop our forthcoming experts or research databases. Please contact us and we'll talk about how you can make a positive contribution or promote your own research.
